We currently ship only within the United States.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM CT on business days are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.

Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

4. Delivery Time

After processing, orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days inside the United States.

Total estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days processing + 4–7 business days shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.

7. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@house-of-sneaker.com and include your order number. If the item arrived damaged, please also attach clear photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
