2. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging, including the shoe box, tags, and any accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@house-of-sneaker.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a defective item, or an item damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@house-of-sneaker.com and include your order number together with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund timing: Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Exchanges
If you would like a different size or item, please contact us at info@house-of-sneaker.com. Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange is not available, we may instead offer a return and refund if your request meets the conditions of this policy.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, unless required by law or due to our error:
- Final sale items clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by shipping
